Building a partnership
In this emerging space, where client ownership of their IMM system and performance is essential to success, I believe it is important to use a co-creation and collaborative approach to designing solutions.
Through ‘conversations to consult, convene, and empower’, we help develop new skills to engage teams, invite collaboration, overcome isolation and deepen connection’ on IMM practice.
Working together
We co-create solutions in 3 phases
Discovery: We start by sharing documents as pre-read material: I will offer relevant technical resources, and you provide me with your Fund and IMM System documentation. We then unpack understanding on IMM, and the status of your IM system
Diagnostic: We co-develop an overall scope of work for an IMM partnership, defining objectives, challenges, pain points, expectations and deliverables.
Delivery: We work to agreed timelines and milestones to co-deliver solutions to your IMM objectives and challenges.
We can structure an agreement initially for the Discovery and Diagnostic phases, using this to test the partnership for Delivery.
