2023-present, IMM Adviser to CGAP: Since 2023 I have been working as a member of the team working to push the frontier on outcomes-focused IMM for impact investing in inclusive finance, building on two publications I co-authored in 2024. In 2025 and 2026 I am working closely with Sector Support Organizations including Cerise+SPTF, Impact Frontiers and an advisory group of investors, fund managers, and financial services providers to develop use cases and strategic guidance for outcomes-focused IMM.
2025: Research Report: The Future of Sustainability Management and Reporting - Elevating the SME Voice. In 2025 I was a lead researcher for GSG Impact’s research undertaken in the context of converging global sustainability standards. The research aims to integrate the voice of SMEs into standards and supply chain partnerships to make SM&R practical and feasible for SMEs.
2023- present: IMM Adviser to Blue Earth Capital: Since 2023 I have been advising Blue Earth Capital on IMM, specifically their 2023 Impact Report, and 2024 Impact Report in alignment with the emerging norms developed by Impact Frontiers, as well as support on Theory of Change development for firm level, as well as two separate products.
2020-2023: IMM System Verifier with BlueMark: From 2020 to 2023 I worked with BlueMark to design the company’s IMM verification methodology in line with the Impact Principles and evaluation and audit best practice guidelines, company-wide system of quality management aligned with ISAE 3000, and delivered over 15 verifications of DFIs and asset managers.
2024- ongoing: Emerging Markets IMM Strategy Adviser. I am providing ongoing support to The Good Economy’s design and delivery of IMM services to emerging markets-focused impact investing clients.
2023-2024: IMM Strategy and System Design for Hydrobox: From 2023 to 2024 I collaborated with Unoya to support Hydrobox, an early stage off-grid micro-hydro energy provider in Kenya and DRC, develop their first Impact Strategy and IMM system.
